How much does an advanced test cost?
Cost depends on the category and partner lab. Once we match you to the relevant test, you see the price before anything is confirmed. No surprises after.
How long does it take to get results?
Turnaround varies by test. We give you a clear timeline when your test is confirmed, and you know where your result is at every stage.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
Not always. Many tests can be booked directly. Where a test needs clinician oversight, we tell you upfront and help arrange the right path.
Do I have to go to a lab?
Not always. Depending on the test, you can collect at home with a kit, have a certified phlebotomist come to you, or visit an accredited partner lab. We confirm which options your test allows before anything is booked.
Are the laboratories accredited?
Every test is fulfilled by a certified partner laboratory, quality-curated before it joins the network.
Will Diagnospace interpret my report?
Yes, when you choose it. We arrange interpretation with a qualified clinician from our partner network, or you can review the report with your own clinician.
How is my data handled?
We share only the minimum necessary information with the partner lab to fulfil your test. See our Privacy policy for the detail.
Where do you operate?
The platform is remote, so you can start from anywhere. Each test is fulfilled by a certified partner lab, so coverage depends on the network in your area.
