Diagnospace is a diagnostic coordination platform. We assess the relevance of advanced tests, coordinate booking and fulfilment with certified partner laboratories, and help deliver your results. We do not operate laboratories ourselves, and we are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Diagnospace itself does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Website content and coordination communications are for information only. Laboratory reports are produced by our partner laboratories. Where you choose clinical interpretation, it is given by an independent, licensed clinician from our network, who is responsible for that advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You must be 18 or older to use our services. A parent or legal guardian may book on behalf of someone under 18 and accepts these terms on their behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
Test availability, pricing, and turnaround depend on the relevant partner laboratory and your location. A request submitted through the platform is a request for coordination; confirmation is subject to relevance assessment and partner availability.
Interpretation of a report is an optional service. Where you request it, Diagnospace arranges it with a qualified, licensed clinician from our partner network. Partner clinicians are independent professionals, responsible for their own opinions, advice and conduct, and are licensed in the regions where they practise. Interpretation is subject to clinician availability in your region and is confirmed before it is booked. Diagnospace does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
The Diagnospace name, brand, content, and design are owned by Ahabeem Private Limited, which operates Diagnospace, and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diagnospace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, or for the acts of independent partner laboratories and partner clinicians. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
